Flat $12 to any US address, and free over $250. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day; anything later goes out the next. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
We ship to US addresses only, including PO boxes. We cannot ship internationally.
Vials travel in an insulated mailer with gel packs and enough padding to survive being thrown, which parcels reliably are. Cold packs may arrive thawed after a long transit — that is expected and does not mean the lyophilised material is compromised.
Unopened vials can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less shipping. Email us first so we can give you a return reference.
Opened vials cannot be resold and are non-returnable. That is a contamination rule, not a sales tactic.
If an order arrives damaged, short, or wrong, send a photo within 7 days and we replace it at our cost.
If tracking has not moved in three business days, contact us and we will open a claim and reship rather than leave you waiting on the carrier.
