Lyophilised and refrigerated, vials are stable well past a year. Once reconstituted, stability drops considerably and it should be kept cold and protected from light.

Unopened vials, within 30 days, yes. Opened vials cannot be resold, so they are non-returnable. Anything that arrives damaged or wrong we replace at our cost — send a photo and we sort it out.
