Vials arrive lyophilised. Store refrigerated and protected from light; reconstitute with bacteriostatic water only when the material is going to be used. Reconstituted material should stay refrigerated. Handling and disposal are the buyer's responsibility under their own lab's protocols.

Every lot is assayed by an independent lab. Your vial is printed with its batch number — send us that number and we will return the COA for that exact lot, not a generic sample document.

Flat $12 US shipping, free over $250. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day in an insulated mailer with gel packs. Unopened vials can be returned within 30 days; opened vials cannot be resold and are non-returnable. Damaged or mis-shipped orders are replaced at our cost.
